Who We Are

For the 2027 OPTION Annual Meeting, OPTION Members will come together in Memphis, Tennessee April 11-14, 2027. 

We are honored to share that Memphis Oral School for the Deaf will serve as the host for this meaningful gathering.

OPTION Regular Members participate in the voting Business Meeting.

OPTION Members encompass: Leaders and Directors, any staff member of an OPTION Program, and OPTION Individual and Associate Members.

After the voting Business Meeting, Partner and Individual Associate Members join in for the rest of the business meeting, learning sessions, and networking opportunities.

Travel Information

The nearest airport is Memphis International Airport (MEM), conveniently located just minutes from downtown Memphis. MEM is served by major airlines including American, Delta, United, Southwest, Allegiant, Spirit, Frontier, and Air Canada, making it easy to find a flight that fits your schedule. Once you arrive, you'll have convenient access to rental cars, hotel shuttles, taxis, and ride-sharing services, making your trip to your hotel and conference destinations quick and hassle-free.

 

Dinner (April 12, 2027) Ticket Policy

To help us finalize plans with our venue, all dinner tickets must be purchased by March 31, 2027. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate additional dinner ticket purchases after this date. We encourage you to plan ahead and secure your tickets early so you can join us for this special evening. We can’t wait to share a wonderful dinner and time together!

2026 OPTION Annual Meeting Registration Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before January 15, 2027
→ Eligible for a full refund minus any PayPal or OPTION website processing fees.

Cancellations received between January 16, 2026 and February 14, 2027
→ Eligible for a 50% refund minus any PayPal or OPTION website processing fees.

Cancellations made on or after February 15, 2027
→ No refunds will be issued.
