Lindy Powell
Lindy Powell is the CEO & President of St. Joseph Hearing + Speech, where she previously served as Chief Program Officer. Her experience also includes serving as Director of Education at the Texas Hearing Institute (formerly The Center for Hearing and Speech) in Houston, Texas, and as adjunct faculty in the Deaf Education and Hearing Sciences (DEHS) program at UT Health San Antonio. She has a bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education and Special Education from Ball State University and a master’s degree in Reading Development from University of St. Thomas Houston. Lindy holds teaching certifications in Deaf Education and English as a Second Language and has presented nationally on the topics of early intervention and preschool inclusion.
