Ronda Rufsvold
Ronda Rufsvold, PhD, LSLS Cert AvEd is the Executive Director of the CCHAT Center – Sacramento. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in speech language pathology from University of the Pacific in northern CA. Following her Master of Education degree in Deaf Education from University of San Diego/ John Tracy Clinic, she earned her Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Special Education – Deaf Education from Columbia University in the city of New York. Over her 20 year tenure, she has held various teaching and administrative roles across different public, charter, and nonpublic settings.
